I build first, you pay later
If we talk and I think I can genuinely help, I build one working piece on your real process before you pay anything. Usually inside a week.
AI systems for customer-facing operations
I'm Akash. I build AI systems that run the conversations your business has with its customers — enquiries, bookings, onboarding, reminders, invoices — on phone, WhatsApp and email. Strategy and build from one person, not two.
No pitch. I'll ask how your operation runs, and you'll leave with two or three specific things worth automating — whether or not we work together.
A dental clinic's phone line. A shop's orders. An event company's vendors. A coach's entire client pipeline. And a finance product with real users.
Most businesses hiring for AI end up managing a consultant who advises and a developer who builds separately. Two invoices, two calendars, and each one blaming the other when something doesn't work.
Here it's one conversation. I came at this from operations, not from code, so my first question is never “what can this tool do?” — it's “what is this costing you, and is it worth fixing?”
The build isn't the hard part any more. Plenty of people will wire up a tool cheaper than me. The hard part is deciding which two of your fifteen steps are worth automating, and which thirteen aren't.
Including the numbers that didn't improve.

If it doesn’t convince you, you keep what I built. If I can’t run it in your accounts, you keep the design and can hand it to anyone.
Server, API keys, subscriptions — your accounts, paid direct, no margin from me. You can see exactly what it costs to run.
I only take two free builds at once, which means I turn work down. If I don’t think it will work, I’ll say so on the call.
No pitch, no preparation. I ask how your operation runs and where things get stuck.
One working piece on your real process, agreed in writing. You keep it whatever you decide.
Only if the first piece worked. Half up front, half on delivery.
Optional. My oldest systems have been running since late 2025.
I don't have a price list, because the same system is worth very different amounts to different businesses. Instead we work out together roughly what it'll be worth to you — hours it gives back, or revenue that currently leaks away.
The build is priced at something you'd expect to recover within two or three months of that. Ongoing support runs at roughly a tenth of what the system brings in each month. Half up front, half on delivery.
And if we can't estimate the value together with a straight face, that's usually a sign I shouldn’t be building it.
Work like the free first piece would normally run ₹20,000 to 30,000.

That's exactly the kind of conversation I'm here for. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest discussion about where AI could genuinely help you.
