Is the first build really free?
Yes. If we talk and I think I can help, I build one working piece before you pay anything. If it doesn't convince you, you keep it. I take on two of these at a time, so I'm picky about which.
What does the rest cost?
There's no price list, because the same system is worth very different amounts to different businesses. We work out roughly what it's worth to you and price from that — the build is usually something you'd recover within two or three months, and ongoing support runs at about a tenth of what it brings in monthly.
How long does it take?
The free first piece, about a week. A full build, two to six weeks depending on scope.
Do I need technical people on my side?
No. I don't come from a technical background either — I came to this through operations. If you can explain how your business runs, that's enough.
How much of my time will this take?
Most of it at the start — understanding how your business works, and agreeing the plan. After that I go quiet and come back for updates, new features, or when a service needs paying for. A small automation needs very little from you; a full end-to-end system needs more conversations and a few accounts set up in your name.
What happens to my accounts and data?
Everything runs in your own accounts and subscriptions, in your name, not mine. If you ever stop working with me you keep all of it and can hand it to anyone.
We tried an AI tool before and it didn't stick. Why is this different?
Usually because the information behind it went stale and nobody had a way to update it. Where I can, I build systems you can update yourself — one client changes his by sending it a WhatsApp voice note.
What if it doesn't work?
That's what the free first piece is for. You see it running on your own process before any money changes hands.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. I'm based in Bangalore and work remotely with clients anywhere. I'm happy to take calls at whatever hour suits yours — most of my international calls happen in my evening or late at night.
I don't know what to automate. Is it too early to talk?
No — that's the most useful conversation I have. Working out what's worth doing, and what isn't, is most of the job.
